Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These are the rules for using LifeMusic. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

About us

LifeMusic is operated by LIFEMUSICAPP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16952883) whose registered office is The Incuba, 1 Brewers Hill Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 1AA. You can contact us at admin@lifemusicapp.co.uk. How we handle your personal data is in our privacy policy.

Your account

Using LifeMusic

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app to listen to music for your own non-commercial use, for as long as you have an account.

You agree not to:

The music

The music and related content on LifeMusic belongs to artists, labels and other rights holders, and is made available under licences. Because of those licences, what you can listen to depends on where you are, and tracks may be added, changed or removed at any time. Some music is marked explicit. Content is provided for personal listening only, and we do not offer downloads for offline use.

Payments

LifeMusic does not currently take payment in the app. If we introduce paid plans we will show you the price, the billing terms and your cancellation rights clearly before you buy anything, and these terms will be updated.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, then Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms or misuse the service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LifeMusic running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the app, change features or withdraw the service. We may also change these terms. If we make a change that matters to you, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by email, and by continuing to use LifeMusic afterwards you accept the new terms.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for loss of business or profit, as the service is for personal use. We are not responsible for failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as network or device problems.
